Service Description

Research has shown that deep breathing exercises can interrupt the overproduction of the stress hormone cortisol and adrenaline, which over extended periods of time can tax the body and brain and leave them susceptible to poor health. Deep breathing exercises are known to fight stress and anxiety, promote clarity of thought, and helps to relieve pain. It also helps you detox, improves energy, digestion, immunity and blood pressure! Also a great tool for stimulating the vagus nerve and trauma recovery. This session asks the client to set an intention for themselves while learning several frames for breathwork using specific deep breathing exercises. This practice is gentle and slow-paced, centering around the breathwork. This can be done as an individual client (ages 13+), or with multiple clients (group size up to 20. It is $85 for a private session and $45 per person for a group session. Sessions are 1 hour in duration.

Cancellation Policy

- Refunds cannot be processed if cancellation is less than 24 hrs. before the workshop begins. - Refunds are subject to $10 in processing fees. - You understand this workshop is for women ages 18 and up only. - Should you refer someone who attends the workshop, you will be issued a $10 refund per attending referral by the 3rd of May. $10 refunds will be issued by CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal. - Workshops are confidential.
