Research has shown that deep breathing exercises can interrupt the overproduction of the stress hormone cortisol and adrenaline, which over extended periods of time can tax the body and brain and leave them susceptible to poor health. Deep breathing exercises are known to fight stress and anxiety, promote clarity of thought, and helps to relieve pain. It also helps you detox, improves energy, digestion, immunity and blood pressure! Also a great tool for stimulating the vagus nerve and trauma recovery. This session asks the client to set an intention for themselves while learning several frames for breathwork using specific deep breathing exercises. This practice is gentle and slow-paced, centering around the breathwork. This can be done as an individual client (ages 13+), or with multiple clients (group size up to 20. It is $85 for a private session and $45 for a group session. Sessions are 1 hour in duration.
To cancel or reschedule a service, please give notice at least 24 hours in advance for coaching sessions and 48 hours in advance for summer clubs. If notice is not received in advance as described above by phone, you will not be able to receive a refund.
