What Is An Action Plan?
Action Plans for coaching clients consist of specific tools, such as:
brain exercises, physical exercises, CBT-based techniques, personalized tactics for rewiring the brain and nervous system, herbalism when desired by the client, somatic and polyvagal work, breathwork, foods that impact the mind, and creative techniques.

The Private Coaching Program
(12 week commitment)
Coaching with RLS is unique, as it includes a holistic approach and personalized tactics for rewiring the brain and nervous system, herbalism when desired by the client, and healing arts modalities. All of this is entirely customized to the life and goals of the client.
This coaching program is a commitment of 12 weeks, for those who desire a more personalized, private approach. It includes:
- Working with Coach Kate, trained in neuro-health techniques, holistic and healing arts practices.
- Weekly, private hour-long tailored sessions focused on your goals in relation to cultivating positive mental health or overcoming past pain or trauma.
- Weekly check-ins between sessions.
- Clients are given specialized weekly tools and exercises that align with their unique values and goals. These tools are only available for private clients!
- An ongoing Action Plan, personally tailored, ready to take with you on your journey after completion of the 12-week program.

Coach Kate will be guiding a private community in how to cultivate positive mental health and trauma recovery, guiding you through the 6 science-backed ingredients needed to sustain a whole life transformation and attain a sense of refuge.

Join us for weekly community coaching sessions, weekly prompts and challenges, ongoing club meetings and workshops, monthly content events, and more as we journey together through the 6 areas necessary for lasting change.

The 6 Ingredients We Will Discover:
1. Your body-mind connection (such as somatic work, breathwork, and connecting with the nervous system)
2. Personalized inner work strategies (examples inner child work, reparenting, building a trusting and compassionate relationship with oneself, shadow work)
3. Self-care and whole body wellness (the role of nutrition, gut health, herbalism; physical activity/movement; sleep and rest; and stress reduction)
4. Creating meaningful connections (nature, relationships, support systems and community)
5. Harnessing the power of creative expression (intuitive art, creative writing, poetry, vocalization, music, discovering your own creativity)
6. Developing your inner world (the role of spirituality/faith, intuition, values)
