What Is An Action Plan?
Action Plans for coaching clients consist of specific tools, such as:
brain exercises, physical exercises, CBT-based techniques, personalized tactics for rewiring the brain and nervous system, herbalism when desired by the client, somatic and polyvagal work, breathwork, foods that impact the mind, and creative techniques.

The Private Coaching Program
(12 weeks)
Mindset Coaching with RLS is unique, as it includes a holistic approach and personalized tactics for rewiring the brain and nervous system, herbalism when desired by the client, and healing arts modalities. All of this is entirely customized to the life and goals of the client.
This coaching program is a commitment of 12 weeks, and includes:
- Working with a trauma-informed certified Holistic Mindset Coach, trained in neuro-health techniques, holistic and healing arts practices.
- Weekly hour-long sessions focused on your mindset in relation to cultivating positive mental health or overcoming past pain or trauma, that incorporate holistic modalities tailored to your goals
- Access to weekly progress check-ins between sessions
- Clients are given specialized weekly tools and exercises that align with their unique values and goals. These tools are only available for private clients!
- An ongoing Action Plan, personally tailored, ready to take with you on your journey after completion of the 12-week program
Comprehensive 6 month program with private consulting and tailored coaching

This 6-month specialized, intensive program is for those who are dedicated and ready to put in the work to LEVEL UP in mindset and within their whole-being.
Throughout the 6 months Coach Kate will guide you in creating a powerful mindset, while walking you through the 6 components needed to sustain a whole life transformation and attain a sense of refuge.

This program is unique because it includes:
- Education and private consultation in the 6 components necessary for sustaining a transformative life of REFUGE
- An ongoing comprehensive Action Plan, personally tailored, INCLUDING the 6 components learned throughout the program, ready to take with you on your journey after completion of the 6-month program (only available for the REFUGE coaching clients).

THIS IS A DIFFERENT KIND OF COACHING EXPERIENCE…

Each month, we will unravel one of the 6 components. As we address each component, we will look at your mindset in relation to each area of your life in order to work through any blocks, fears, or negative beliefs. This program is where a private coach meets private consultant while still revolving around your personal needs and goals!

The 6 Components:
1. Your body-mind connection (such as somatic work, breathwork, and connecting with the nervous system)
2. Personalized inner work strategies (examples are inner child work, reparenting, building a trusting and compassionate relationship with oneself, shadow work, CBT, etc.)
3. Self-care and whole body wellness (the role of nutrition, gut health, herbalism; physical activity/movement; sleep and rest; and stress reduction)
4. Creating meaningful connections (nature, relationships, support systems and community)
5. Harnessing the power of creative expression (intuitive art, creative writing, poetry, vocalization, music, etc.; what are your unique creative strengths?)
6. Developing your inner world (spirituality/faith, intuition, values)
