Holistic Wellness Package (4+ sessions)

Service Description

The Holistic Wellness services include creating personalized plans addressing homeopathy, herbalism, sleep and stress management, brain health, health education and prevention, diet and lifestyle, manipulative therapies (massage, acupuncture, etc.) aromatherapy, mindset, spiritual health, and somatic exercises to improve the client's overall wellness. Plans are personalized based upon the unique physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health goals of the client. Holistic Wellness services are available as an initial four-session package. The first consult is 60 min. long and discusses your intake, personal needs, and health and wellness goals as well as assessing the client's current physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state. Afterwards there are three 30 min. follow-up sessions to address roadblocks, continue tailoring your plan, and assess progress. The four-session package is $325. Package Cost Breakdown: $130 per hour, $65 per 30 min. For clients who wish to continue their Holistic Wellness journey, additional 30 min. sessions are $65. This service is not for diagnosis, treatment of disease, or prescribing pharmaceuticals.

Cancellation Policy

- Refunds cannot be processed if cancellation is less than 24 hrs. before the workshop begins. - Refunds are subject to $10 in processing fees. - You understand this workshop is for women ages 18 and up only. - Should you refer someone who attends the workshop, you will be issued a $10 refund per attending referral by the 3rd of May. $10 refunds will be issued by CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal. - Workshops are confidential. Please act with respect towards others, and yourself. Coach Kate operates as a Mandated Reporter.
