Hour long one-on-one coaching sessions for individuals 13+. Science shows that conversations can quite literally change the human brain. Conversation boosts neurotransmitters and hormones which stimulate the whole body's systems and nerve pathways. Through the power of questions, conversation and insight, coaching can aid in a person making life changes and push them towards greater mental health. Common areas of focus include self-discovery; teen issues; learning to thrive despite illness or health challenges; overcoming life altering obstacles and past trauma; and changing one's mindset in the face of mental health. To cancel or reschedule a service, please give notice at least 24 hours in advance for coaching sessions and 48 hours in advance for summer clubs. If notice is not received in advance as described above by phone, you will not be able to receive a refund.
