The SomaShift Experience is a mini version of the Reclamation Somatic Series, focused specifically on custom somatic work to support your nervous system and mental, emotional well-being. The SomaShift Experience consists of two 60 minute sessions, with customized and comprehensive somatic work tailored to your nervous system. This service is highly embodied, hands-on, and involved. We begin with mapping your nervous system and wrap up with presenting your very own one-of-a-kind Somatic Protocol. - Session One: This is your intake, where we map your nervous system and discuss triggers, goals, and your needs. - Session Two: Learn your custom somatic practice, and receive your personalized Somatic Protocol. - Price break down: $125 per 60 min. custom somatic session (total of 2), plus $100 flat fee for your personalized practices, tools and one-of-a-kind Somatic Protocol built just for you!
