If you are in a mental health crisis, please reach out to a licensed provider or crisis service. Coaching focuses on the present and on moving you toward the future you desire.

Coaching and somatic sessions can be a great support in a client’s sobriety journey. However, Refuge Life Services is not able to work with individuals in active addiction who are not yet sober and encourages seeking professional licensed therapy and treatment. For those who are sober and are ready to take their next step in their recovery journey, coaching may be highly beneficial.
