The Somatic Women's Circle offers a supportive space for women aged 18+ to engage in somatic healing practices and foster allyship. We prioritize reclaiming felt safety by nurturing our nervous systems and connecting with our authentic selves through creative expression. Join us to explore collective healing and empowerment within a compassionate community. Come explore: - Somatic practices tailored to the modern female experience - Creative expression to support re-establishing autonomy - The power of play in reclaiming felt safety - Community, allyship, and a safe space to explore your story - A deeper understanding of the relationship between the nervous system and the innate challenges we face as women (KICK-OFF EVENT) Part One: Reclaiming Felt Safety - Saturday November 14th 2:30-4:30 at The Philosopher's House (upstairs classroom) located in downtown Johnson City Pre-registration is necessary to attend and will close the day before the event. Event the 14th cost $35.
