The word psyche is an ancient Greek word for "soul". It refers to the mind- our deepest thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. This unique somatic session walks you through embodiment and identifying sensations, what your body is communicating sensationally about your emotional needs, and what unconscious beliefs are being stored so they may be reprocessed. Learn how to identify emotions and beliefs keeping you stuck, how to meet the survival need (fight/flight/freeze responses), integrate and reprocess by building a bridge between the body’s experience and our logical mind. Sessions are 75 minutes in duration. Can schedule per session (although if you're new to this approach, it's best to be prepared to do a series of three sessions). Or, purchase the package for a $40 discount on three sessions! Package is billed up front, while sessions can be scheduled any time within 6 months of booking. Total for package is $350.
