Private customized coaching for adults who are ready to take charge of fostering their own positive mental health, or overcome the effects of past trauma and pain. Work 1:1 with a certified, trauma and nervous system-educated Coach focused on your goals, your values, and your needs. - Weekly 75 min. coaching sessions with personalized somatic and/or holistic practices included - Tailored tools & materials throughout the week to support goals - Text & Voxer support between sessions - SOS calls available via Voxer - A one-of-a-kind customized Holistic Blueprint by week 11 to support integration! To book, schedule a Discovery Call with Coach Kate. PAYMENT PLANS: - All coaching has a $200 upfront fee due by the first session. The first session is obligation-free. - After the first session should you decide coaching is the right fit for you, packages and payment plans are available! - 3 month upfront package: $2,400 (breaks down to $800 per month) - 3 month payment plan: 3 monthly payments of $933 - 6 month upfront package: $4,800 (breaks down to $800 per month) - 6 month payment plant: 6 monthly payments of $966 - Want to pay per month after your initial 12 week commitment? Monthly add-ons are $970 per month
