Private customized coaching for adults who are ready to take charge of fostering their own positive mental health, or overcome the effects of past trauma and pain. Work 1:1 with a certified, trauma and nervous system-educated Coach focused on your goals, your values, and your needs. - Weekly 75 min. extended coaching sessions - Weekly personalized somatic and/or holistic practices included in each session - Tailored tools & materials throughout the week to support your needs & goals - Text & Voxer support between sessions - SOS calls available via Voxer between sessions - A one-of-a-kind customized Holistic Blueprint built for you by week 11 to support integration! One-time fee of $100. - After the first session, packages and payment plans are available starting at $600 per month for extended weekly sessions, high-touch support throughout the week, SOS calls, ongoing tailored somatic practices, materials & your Holistic Blueprint!
