Reclaim your body's sense of peace, safety, and stability! A series of four private, customized somatic sessions lasting 90 minutes each promoting nervous system regulation, mental and emotional well-being. Mindfully crafted for clients who desire to take nervous system support through somatic practices to the next level and have their hearts- and minds- set on creating mental and emotional well-being. This service is highly embodied, hands-on, and personalized, from mapping your nervous system to creating custom somatic routines, and finally presenting your one-of-a-kind tailored Somatic Toolkit. - Session One: We focus on intake, mapping your nervous system and discussing goals, and working with your window of tolerance - Session Two-Three: Deep-dive into your very own custom somatic practice; somatically process emotions and bridge the gap between mind and body. Coaching through any mental blocks & emotional integration. - Session Four: Meet your one-of-a-kind Somatic Toolkit! Anchor your regulation in the somatic practice, and final integration. A customized Somatic Tool-Kit is created for you based upon our work together, and gifted during session four. - Price break down: $150 per 90 min. session (total of 4), plus $200 flat fee for your customized practices, tools and one-of-a-kind tailored Somatic Toolkit built just for you! - For those who want an extended approach, a series of 8 sessions will be offered at a $400 discount.
