9 hr
300 US dollars
Cherokee National Forest, Jonesborough TN

Service Description

Are subconscious beliefs keeping your true self and authentic expression locked away? Step into your power in this 6-hour immersive, somatic retreat outdoors in the Cherokee National Forest. This is NOT a public speaking class. It is a profoundly embodied, creative, and nature-backed journey to reclaim your unedited power, rewrite your internal narrative, and learn to speak your truth and free your authentic voice with a new sense of empowered confidence, courage and ownership. Stay for a community dinner and after party following our immersion! Tickets cost $300 for this full-day somatic immersion with dinner and materials included. Spots are extremely limited, so register to save your spot! Retreat is 10am-4pm, dinner to follow. Your 6-Hour Transformation Journey: - Your Foundation: Arrive at our nature sanctuary, unplug and tune out the world, and meet the community! Learn why we disconnect from our authentic voice. - The Soma: Gently map where blocks live in your physical body, learn body-based techniques to address stored emotions and beliefs in a kind and gentle way, and integrate in a trauma-informed and safe space that promotes witnessing yourself and others for who they truly are. - Fire Activation: Gather around the fire together for targeted vocalization breathwork to physically break through the old patterns that hold you back. - Deep Community Witnessing: Experience a safe, intimate community to speak your truth without judgment or the need to “fix.” - Expressive Body Painting: Use creative expression and the canvas of your own skin to visually externalize your ultimate empowerment and the truths you are rediscovering. - Nature Release Ceremony: Our immersion closes with a somatic ceremony in the forest to physically cast off old conditioning and anchor your true identity, as we hike our way together over streams to a waterfall. It is here amongst the trees we will have our final integration and community practice. Our hike is one mile in total. - Journey Followed by the Sacred Feast Following the conclusion of your immersive journey, end the night by gathering around a roaring fire for a nourishing, hand-crafted dinner. Celebrate your breakthroughs and share reflections in deep conversation! Relax together and have some fun as your authentic self before heading home. (All food, local teas, and materials are fully included!) Address released upon registration. Questions? Call Coach Kate 423-302-0063
