Sessions for rewiring the brain, addressing thoughts and emotions

Clients spend time using a CBT tool to identify troubling memories, emotions and beliefs. After working with the Coach to reframe each belief, they process through a series of EFT "tapping" routines and Breathwork exercises to target the nervous system. Deep breathing exercises are known to fight stress and anxiety, promote clarity of thought, and help to relieve pain, just to name a few. On the emotional side, breathing exercises are used to process emotions, help heal emotional wounds and stored trauma, and release negative thoughts. This healing session teaches a specialized mode of breathing, called Rapha Breathwork.
To cancel or reschedule a service, please give notice at least 24 hours in advance for coaching sessions and 48 hours in advance for summer clubs. If notice is not received in advance as described above by phone, you will not be able to receive a refund.
